Canada Post Industrial Action

The industrial action at Canada Post has now ended and most of the backlog has been cleared.
Royal Mail, here in the UK, has resumed services to Canada. We are conducting our own tests before adding the option back to the checkout to ensure the service is delivering reliably and promptly.
In the meantime we have now negotiated more completive shipping rates with UPS and this is reflected in lower shipping prices at the checkout. Our UPS service to Canada is extremely fast, taking just 2 to 4 working days.

Domestic and International Shipping

Orders are typically being dispatched within 1-2 working days.
UK Shipping
Domestic shipping services are operating as normal. Typically your order will arrive the next day, even with our FREE service, but allow for a few extra days just in case.
International Shipping
International shipping services are operating close to normal, excluding Canada. Shipping lead times will be displayed at the checkout.
We have a new speedy service for US mainland orders as standard, typically delivering within 4-8 working days. We are seeing the odd delay with customs clearance due to Christmas parcel volume arriving into the US.
Shipping to Canada is currently affected by postal service industrial action. See Canadian specific announcement at the top of the web page.

MagCAD Designs Ltd is registered for VAT in the UK.
For UK customers - the displayed price already includes VAT at 20%. A breakdown will be provided at the checkout and a VAT invoice can be requested.
For International customers - select your shipping destination when first entering the site, or at the checkout, to see our prices with VAT/tax removed. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). VAT/tax may then be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.
