Due to the current industrial action at Canada Post, the UK has suspended all postal services to Canada until further notice.
This means we have had to temporarily suspend our usual international tracked postal service to Canada.
We have added a UPS shipping service as an alternative at the checkout. This service is fast and avoids the postal service disruption but it is more expensive. Exact costs and shipping times can be viewed at the checkout.
We continue to monitor the situation and will re-instate the postal service option as soon as possible.

See below for our recommended cut-off dates for delivery before Christmas.
For UK orders our Special Delivery service is the only service with a delivery guarantee. For other services the below dates are simply recommendations.
For international orders all the below dates are recommendations and not guarantees. Shipping times vary based on a number of factors. We try to be conservative with our estimates and so orders placed after the below dates may still arrive before Christmas.

For UK customers - the displayed price already includes VAT at 20%. A breakdown will be provided at the checkout and a VAT invoice can be requested.
For International customers - select your shipping destination when first entering the site, or at the checkout, to see our prices with VAT/tax removed. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). VAT/tax may then be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.
